How we work

From the right question to a clear path.

A shared brief, visible evidence and a practical decision output at every stage. Implementation support is agreed explicitly.

How the relationship is organised

A proposal identifies the lead, review responsibilities, deliverables and commercial terms. We agree how evidence is exchanged and when leadership reviews the work. Confidential information is shared through a suitable, agreed channel.
